ValStone Asset Management ("VAM") services and manages investments made by the ValStone Opportunity Funds and their institutional partners.  Since inception, VAM has serviced approximately 4,000 commercial and industrial loans and bonds, with outstanding balances ranging from less than $100,000 to over $70 million.  Currently VAM employs, either directly or on a contract basis, asset managers, an accounting professional, a tax professional, a collateral administrator, a systems administrator, an individual who performs postings and reconciliations, and the senior officers listed below.  VAM has offices in Birmingham, Michigan, and Baltimore, Maryland.
