ValStone Asset Management ("VAM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ValStone Partners and a Standard & Poor's rated Commercial Finance Special Servicer, is responsible for servicing and managing the assets acquired by the Funds and their coinvestors.  VAM, since inception, has managed approximately 4,000 commercial and industrial loans and bonds, with outstanding balances ranging from less than $100,000 to over $70 million; including (i) secured and unsecured loans, (ii) performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans and (iii) controlling and non-controlling interests in publicly-issued bond offerings.  VAM's six senior managers have over 92 years of special servicing, consulting and investment banking experience.
